At Opal Lane Co., we truly hope you love every item you order. We carefully source and create pieces designed to reflect cozy style, everyday confidence, and a touch of small-town charm. That said, we understand that things don’t always go as planned, and we want to be transparent about how returns work.
Because many of our items are made to order or fulfilled by trusted production partners, our return qualifications may vary slightly based on product type. Please review the categories below for full details.
📅 Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
📍 We do not accept returns for sizing, fit, or change-of-mind reasons.
🎨 Made-to-Order Graphic Tees, Sweatshirts & Custom Print Items
(Printed as soon as you place your order)
These items are custom printed just for you once your order is placed. Because they are made-to-order, they are final sale unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing error.
If your item arrives with a print flaw, damage, or is incorrect, please email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
👗 Boutique Clothing, Jewelry & Accessories

Boutique apparel and accessories are eligible for a return only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. At this time, we are unable to accept returns for sizing or preference.
We recommend reviewing any sizing guides carefully before ordering.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items (All Categories)
If your item arrives damaged, flawed, or incorrect:
✅ Contact us within 7 days
✅ Include your order number & clear photos of the issue
✅ Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund
We may ask you to return the product or safely dispose of it, depending on the situation.
❌ Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund (unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival):
- Made-to-order custom print items
- Seasonal/holiday products
- Sale or clearance items
- Personal items like jewelry (for hygiene reasons, unless damaged)
📬 How to Request a Return
Please email us at opallaneco@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the problem
We’ll review your request and respond with next steps within 2-3 business days.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is approved and (if applicable) the item is returned or verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
